2. Role-play
- groups of 4-5, half of each group will be customers and the other half suppliers
- you will get role-cards and slips describing negotiation points
- during the negotiation you will be particularly responsible for bringing up the points mentioned on your slips and for fighting for these conditions
- try to negotiate a sales contract that is anvantageous for you
