Here's something to start with:
- Do you shake hands with people...when you first meet them/every time you meet them/when you haven't seen them for a long time/when you say goodbye to them/never? ARE THESE RULES DIFFERENT FOR MEN AND FOR WOMEN?
- Do you call people you know by their first name or by their family name (using Mr, Mrs, Miss or Ms)/ Do you call people you have just met by their first name or by their family name?
- What do men/women wear at work? Do men always have to wear a tie? Would it be possible for men to wear shorts in very hot weather?
- What about business gifts? Are they acceptable?
- Business cards?
- What if you get invited into someone's home?
- Punctuality?
- Small talk?
